1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using BP Journal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. BP Journal is provided by Pragmatiq.
2. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use BP Journal on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms and these terms.
3. Important health disclaimer
BP Journal is a digital diary for self-recorded blood pressure values. It does not measure, analyze for medical purposes, or interpret blood pressure. All clinical interpretation must be performed by a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your healthcare professional.
4. In-app purchases
BP Journal is free for the first 15 reading-days. BP Journal Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by Apple's policies or applicable law.
5. Your content
Readings, profiles, notes, PDFs, and exports you create in BP Journal belong to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of values you enter and for deciding what you share with others.
6. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell, or circumvent purchase verification in BP Journal. Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable law or infringes anyone's rights.
7. Warranty disclaimer
BP Journal is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every device, workflow, or health situation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pragmatiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of BP Journal. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for BP Journal Pro.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BP Journal after an update means you accept the revised terms.
