My purchase did not unlock Pro
Open BP Journal, go to Settings, then use Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Apple Health readings are missing
Open the iOS Health app and confirm the readings are present. Then check Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Health -> BP Journal and allow blood pressure and pulse access.
I want to remove my data
BP Journal has no server-side account. You can delete local app data from inside the app, or remove the app from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, manage iCloud app data from iOS settings.
Does BP Journal provide medical advice?
No. BP Journal is a digital diary for self-recorded values. It does not measure, analyze for medical purposes, or interpret blood pressure.
